Der Hausrat ist vollständig, gratis WLAN, gratis Parkplatz. Im Haus können zwei getrennte große Ferienwohnungen gemietet werden oder das ganze Haus. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen, liegt ruhig aber zentral. In ein paar Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Ortszentrum, den See, das Seebad, die Langlaufloipe und schöne Spazierwege.
Entspannen in der Natur, der Garten ist eingefriedet, eine überdachte Terrasse und der überdachte Balkon sind bei jedem Wetter ein Genuss.
Wir sind Mitglied bei der "Salzkammergut Winterwärme" und bei den "Wolfgangseer Wanderdamen", für Aktivurlauber als Mehrwertpakete buchbar.

The holiday home`s name is Felicitas and it is 150 m from lake – wolfgangsee. The region is called Salzkammergut. The Salzkammergut is the heart of Austria. The maintown ist Salzburg.
You gan rent the hole house, or rent one floor. It has two seperatly flats. The flat in the first floor is 90 m2 and has two bath rooms. There is room for upto 8 people. The name of the flat is „Sonnenschein“. Ground floor is 55m2 and their can stay 4 people. It´s called „Morgentau“.
We don´t allow smoking in the house but their is a balcony and a garden, where you can smoke. Dogs are also welcome.

You can stay and relaxe, but their is also a lot to do. For example: sports, such as skiing, hiking, golf, cycling and climbing. Also their is lots of culture. In Salzburg you have the opra house, concerts, Mozart, museums and a lot of monomental churches. Most popular are the Salzburger Festspiele. Have a break and visit the Salzkammergut.
