- The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller sends the ordered product(s) to the customer by post.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted on the seller's website are exempt from VAT.
The shipping costs within the EU are € 9.90 and international € 30.00. From an order value of € 100.00, the order is free shipping within the EU.

We will inform you immediately in case of delivery problems. In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with this paragraph, we will immediately reimburse you for payments already made. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
6. Transport damage
- If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer and please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you don’t submit a complaint or contact, this has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights.

- As soon as your decision to withdraw from this contract has been received, you will get a confirmation of receipt.
Consequences of the cancellation
- If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you won’t be charged for any repayment fees.
- We may refuse to repay you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
- We bear the direct costs for the return of the goods.
- The deadline is met, if you hand over the goods to the parcel service or the forwarding company before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is unnecessary for the examination of the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- If the customer is an entrepreneur, revocation is completely excluded.
10. Liability
- We are only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract.
- Furthermore the seller shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of material obligations whose breach jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract or for the breach of duties whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and whose compliance the customer regularly trusts. In this case, however, the seller is liable only for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The seller is not liable for slightly negligent breaches of obligations other than those specified in the preceding sentences.
- The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health, for a defect after assuming a guarantee for the quality of the product and for fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
- Insofar as the liability of the seller is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
- The data communication via the Internet can not be guaranteed error-free and/or available at any time according to the current state of the art. In this respect, we are not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of our online shop.
